Chloe Botfeld
Designer & Creative Director
I am an American fashion designer studying at SCAD, exploring clothing as a way to translate personal emotions, experiences, and observations into tangible forms. My work is rooted in the relationship between the body and material, drawing from memory, identity, and everyday life. My practice includes knitting, textile development, and patternmaking, with a focus on how construction and material can shape the emotional language of a garment.
I co-founded and currently lead SCAD’s first fashion film club, creating a collaborative space for students to explore the intersection of fashion, film, photography, and visual storytelling. I organize workshops, guest speakers, and film screenings, and I lead creative projects and productions from concept development through execution. Ambedo has produced and supported 5+ senior fashion films and helped facilitate the screening of 10+ student fashion films.
